Spotwon is an esports platform for players, clubs, and organizers to run and join tournaments online or offline.

Click Sign Up, enter email, set a password, verify via the email we send, then complete your gamer profile.

Creating an account is free. Some tournaments may have entry fees those are shown before you register.

Global access for online events unless a tournament’s rules restrict regions. Offline events depend on host location.

A modern browser (Chrome/Edge/Firefox/Safari), stable internet, and a valid email. For mobile, use the latest OS version.

Click Join Discord in the header/footer to get fast support and community updates.

Use Forgot Password on login. We’ll email a reset link that expires in 30 minutes.

Yes go to Profile → Edit Profile. Usernames must be unique and clean (no impersonation or abuse).

We send a code/link after signup. Resend from Settings → Security if needed.

Open Profile → Game Links, add your in-game ID/UID, save. Follow any publisher-specific steps if prompted.

Change your password immediately and enable 2FA in Settings → Security. Then contact support@ Spotwon.com.

Go to Settings → Privacy → Delete Account. Some tournament records must be retained for integrity/audit.

Use Tournaments → Browse. Filter by game, format, entry fee, region, or date.

Open the event page, review rules, click Register, complete team/solo details, and (if required) pay the entry fee.

Once registration closes, the system seeds brackets and posts match times on the event page and your dashboard.

Depends on the event. Some pay team captains; others split automatically check the event page.

Most failed payments auto-reverse. If not reflected in 5–7 business days, email billing@ Spotwon.com with the transaction ID.

Shown at checkout and on the event page. Currency availability depends on your location and the organizer’s settings.

Clear cache, update your browser, disable extensions, and try a different network. Check our status page if available.

Confirm your in-game ID, region, and platform. Ensure you’re on the correct server as specified in rules.

Warnings, match forfeits, disqualification, prize removal, temporary/permanent bans, and cross-event restrictions.

“Official XYZ Partner” slots (e.g., peripherals, energy drink) granting exclusive presence within that category.

Open Propose a Partnership, outline goals (e.g., co-host events, product integration), and submit the form.

Yes pre/post show segments, overlays, talent shoutouts, and social campaigns, subject to content guidelines.

From the event dashboard, use Export → PDF/PNG for venue boards.
