Spotwon Community Guidelines

1. Purpose
These Community Guidelines exist to maintain a safe, respectful, and competitive environment for all Spotwon users including players, clubs, organizers, sponsors, and spectators. By participating in Spotwon tournaments, events, or community spaces, you agree to follow these rules.
2. General Principles
- Respect Everyone: No harassment, bullying, or hate speech.
- Fair Play: No cheating, exploiting, or using unauthorized software.
- Integrity: Represent yourself truthfully; no impersonation.
- Positive Contribution: Improve the gaming experience for others.
3. Player Conduct
- No cheating or exploiting (wallhacks, aimbots, macros, glitches).
- No match fixing or manipulating results.
- Maintain sportsmanship and respect wins/losses.
- Follow specific game publisher rules.
4. Communication Rules
- No offensive, obscene, or discriminatory language.
- No spam in-game, chat, or forums.
- Do not share others’ personal information without consent.
5. Content Creation & Streaming
- Follow copyright laws for music, graphics, and media.
- No offensive or banned imagery in streams.
- Spotwon may use event clips for promotion.
6. Organizer & Club Responsibilities
- Ensure fair management and no favoritism.
- Maintain safe venues for offline tournaments.
- Report scores and match results accurately.
7. Consequences for Violations
- Warnings
- Match forfeits
- Prize disqualification
- Account bans (temporary or permanent)
- Tournament bans across Spotwon events
8. Reporting Misconduct
To report violations:
- Use the in-platform reporting tool
- Email report@Spotwon.com with evidence (screenshots, clips, chat logs)
All reports are reviewed, but action is taken at Spotwon's discretion.
9. Appeals
Players or clubs can appeal penalties within 7 days by emailing appeals@Spotwon.com.
10. Updates
Spotwon may update these guidelines at any time. Updates will be posted on our website.
